You must now carry out a technical safety inspection. This process is described in
Chapter 5.
6.3

Adjusting the electronic overtemperature protection

If the temperature at which the electronic overtemperature protection triggers is not 46°C
± 1°C, the electronic overtemperature protection needs to be adjusted.
Check the electronic overtemperature protection trigger temperature as described in
Chapter 5.3.
Switch the device off, and remove the mains cable.

Reattach the cover on the Barkey warming center III DTM insert.
Allow the Barkey warming center III DTM to cool down to 42°C with the door open.
Reconnect the mains cable and check the electronic overtemperature protection trig-
ger temperature as described in Chapter 5.3.
Repeat the electronic temperature adjustment until the trigger temperature is 46°C ±
1°C.

Barkey warming center III DTM
Remove the cover on the Barkey
warming center III DTM insert.
Correct the electronic overtempera-
ture protection setting using trimmer
P1 on the regulator circuit board.
Here, one revolution of the setting
screw corresponds to around 1°C.
If the screw is rotated clockwise, the
displayed value will be increased.
