Replacing the keyswitch

Removal:
Remove the heater insert (see Chapter 7.2).
Remove the cover plate (see Chapter 7.2).
Remove the cable binder and the shrinkage hose.
Solder the three cables off the keyswitch.
Undo the nuts from the keyswitch using a 19 mm jaw spanner, and pull it forwards off
the front panel.
Refitting the keyswitch:
Refitting the keyswitch takes place in reverse order to removal:
Use the key to switch the keyswitch into the left-hand position.
Insert the keyswitch into the cutout in the front panel. When the heater insert is fitted,
the arrow must point downwards!
Screw the nuts back on using a 19 mm jaw spanner.
Push a 5 cm long shrinkage hose Ø 12.7 mm over the fibreglass hose.
Push a 2 cm long shrinkage hose Ø 3.2 mm over each of the three cables.

Solder the cables back on the key-
switch:
left – orange
centre – pink
right – yellow
Use a hot air blower to shrink the
hoses over the soldered joints.
