Access to head internal part
Disconnect oil pipes 1) and 2)(Fig. 16) and the small pipe
11) remove the nozzle 3);
remove the cover 10);
disconnect the electrode cable 7) from the guide;
loosen the block screw and pressure switch 8);
remove the internal part of the head 9).

Combustion head adjustment
The air damper servomotor, besides changing air flow depending
on output request, regulates the combustion head via a lever sys-
tem. This system allows optimal regulation also in the minimum
working range.
With equal servomotor rotation, the opening of the combustion
head can be varied by placing tie rods on holes (5-6-7-8-10)
(Fig. 17).
The hole is chosen based on the maximum output request, as
shown in Tab. H. The factory regulation setting is pre-set to max-
imum stroke (hole 10, Fig. 17).

Installation
If, for maintenance purposes, you need to remove the air convey-
or, perform these operations in addition:
disengage the tie rods 4) of the head movement and shutter,
removing its nuts;
disconnect the servomotor sockets X1) and X2);
remove the four fixing screws 5);
remove the air conveyor.
