LOW CURRENT CONNECTIONS

All logic and low power connections are through a single 23 or 35-pin AMPSEAL connector (mold
in the cover) utilizing gold-plated pins. The matching AMPSEAL receptacle's wire silos come sealed
by a membrane. Pierce the membrane by inserting the individual terminated wires. To maintain the
IP65 rating, use the proper wire gauge and insulation thickness. Seal any non-used wire positions
that have their silo-diaphragm pierced with the specific AMPSEAL sealing plug. Do not mix gold
and tin pin types.
• Figures 8 and 9 are the AMPSEAL receptacle (plug) housing. Note the molded-in silo numbering.
• Figures 10 and 11 illustrate the connection assignments (as the plug aligns with the controller).
• Tables 2 and 3 list the matching AMPSEAL vehicle-harness component part numbers.
