2. Insert 2 carriage bolts (1/4 x 1-1/4 inches) into
the slots in the swivel-adapter mount
3. Assemble the swivel-adapter mount and bumper
to the left frame rail with the 2 capscrews (1/2 x
1-1/4 inches), 2 washers (1/2 inch), and 2 flange
locknuts (1/2 inch) that you removed in step 1.
4. Torque the capscrews and locknuts to 91 to 113
N∙m (67 to 83 ft-lb).
5. Install the pivot bracket to the carriage bolts
in the swivel-adapter mount

Preparing the Slow Moving Vehicle
Mount
1. Assemble the bumper and spacer to the slow
moving vehicle mount with a flange-head locknut
(Figure 63).
