STEP 6.
Locate black timer wire coming from bottom of the bench. Plug the black
timer wire into the display port on front of the ballast tray. (Fig.4) See timer
section for details.
STEP 7.
Place the ballast tray between the legs of the unit with the Display Port
facing the front of the unit. READ THIS PAGE THOROUGHLY BEFORE ATTACHING
CORDS 1-4 TO BALLAST TRAY RECEPTACLES 1-4.
WARNING
MISALIGNMENT OF THE CANOPY CORD CONNECTORS AND OR THE BENCH
CORD CONNECTORS TO THE BALLAST TRAY RECEPTACLES COULD CAUSE DAMAGE
TO CONNECTORS, PINS, RECEPTACLES AND INTERNAL COMPONENTS. DAMAGE
CAUSED BY IMPROPER CONNECTION OF CANOPY AND OR BENCH CORDS TO
BALLAST TRAY RECEPTACLES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
CAUTION
Pay close attention when connecting the (2) canopy and the (2) bench cord
connectors to the (4) ballast tray receptacles. Notice each receptacle on the
ballast tray has 5 notches on the inside of the alignment ring. Notice the largest
notch on each of the ballast tray receptacles is located in the 12 o'clock or the
straight up position (see Fig.5). Notice each plug on the end of each canopy and
bench cord has 5 notches on the outside of the alignment ring. The largest notch
on the cord connector must line up with the largest notch on the ballast tray
receptacle. The large notch on the ballast tray receptacles are positioned at 12
o'clock or straight up. Each receptacle on the ballast tray is numbered 1 - 4. Each
plug connector is numbered 1 - 4.
ATTENTION: Make sure the large notch on the canopy and bench cord connector
alignment rings are in the 12 o'clock or the straight up position allowing proper
alignment with the ballast tray receptacle alignment rings (Fig. 5). Push gently each
canopy and bench plug connector into each corresponding ballast tray
receptacle. Turn locking ring clockwise to secure.
