IDE Primary/Secondary Master/Slave UDMA
Each IDE channel supports a master device and a slave device. This
mainboard supports UltraDMA technology, which provides faster access
to IDE devices. The default setting is Auto.
If you install a device that supports UltraDMA, change the appropriate
item on this list to Auto. You may have to install the UltraDMA driver
supplied with this mainboard in order to use an UltraDMA device.
On-Chip IDE Primary/Secondary PCI IDE
Use these items to enable or disable the PCI IDE channels that are
integrated on the mainboard. The default setting is Enabled.
USB Keyboard Support
Enable this item if you plan to use a keyboard connected through the USB
port in a legacy operating system (such as DOS) that does not support
Plug and Play. The default setting is Disabled.
Onboard FDC Controller
This option enables the onboard floppy disk drive controller. The default
setting is Enabled.
Onboard Serial Port 1
This option is used to assign the I/O address for onboard serial port 1
(COM1). The default setting is 3F8.
Onboard Serial Port 1 IRQ
This option is used to assign the interrupt request (IRQ) for onboard serial
port 1 (COM1). The default setting is 4.
Onboard Serial Port 2
This option is used to assign the I/O address for onboard serial port 2
(COM2). The default setting is 2F8.
Onboard Serial Port 2 IRQ
This option is used to assign the interrupt request (IRQ) for onboard serial
port 2 (COM2). The default setting is 3.
