Video Off After
This option defines if the video is powered down when the system is put
into suspend mode. The default setting is N/A.
Doze Mode
The system speed will change from turbo to slow if no Power
Management events occur for a specified length of time. Full power
function will return when a Power Management event is detected. The
default setting is Disabled.
Standby Mode
When enabled and after the set time of system inactivity, the fixed disk
drive and the video would be shut off while all other devices still operate
at full speed. The default setting is Disabled.
Suspend Mode
The CPU clock will be stopped and the video signal will be suspended if
no Power Management events occur for a specified length of time. Full
power function will return when a Power Management event is detected.
Options are from 1 Min to 1 Hour and disabled. The default setting is
Disabled.
HDD Power Down
The IDE hard drive will spin down if it is not accessed within a specified
length of time. Options are from 1 Min to 15 Min and disabled. The
default setting is Disabled.
PCI/VGA Act-Monitor
When enabled, any video activity restarts the global timer for Standby
mode. The default setting is Disabled.
IRQ 8 Break Suspend
This field allows you to enable or disable monitoring of IRQ 8 so that it
does not awaken the system from Suspend mode. The default setting is
Disabled.
