5.2. Cleaning and Replacement of the Printer's air filter
To print optimal cards, the SMART-81's air filter must be cleaned regularly and more so if your
printer is in a dusty environment.
1. As shown in the picture, you can remove the protect cover by pressing the locking snap
in the direction shown and pulling up.
2. Remove the air filter, wash it with warm water thoroughly, dry it completely, and replace.
If the filter begins to deteriorate during washing, it is advised you purchase a new one
from an Authorized IDP Dealer.
