4.3. Card Printer Test

Basically, card printers are standard printer devices, so they can be used similarly to a

general paper printer. In the case of magnetic stripe, contact, contactless encoder option,

you will need to install appropriate driver and operate individually. Encoding operation will

be controlled by "CARD PRINTER SDK". You can test all features of printer by Card

printer Test. Card Printer Test program is developed by using "SMART Printer SDK".

CardPrinterTest

CardPrinterTest is a diagnostic tool used to primarily test the encoding features in a printer.

① Select Printer: select a printer to test. In the example, "IDP SMART-81 Card

Printer" is the printer's name, SMART is the printer ID, and USB003 is the

connected port.
