Problem
 Container empty
 Hygiene info: run a
programme of at least 60°C
 Check hot water intake
 Align the machine. Laundry
not properly spun.
 Machine is leaking
Possible cause and remedy
One of the detergent containers for external dosing is
empty.
Refill the detergent containers.

During the last wash, a wash programme with a
temperature below 60 °C or the Drain/Spin programme
was selected.
Start a programme with a minimum temperature of 60 °C

Maintenance wash hygiene
or the
The hot water supply is blocked or restricted.
Check whether the hot water supply has been turned on

properly.
Check whether the inlet hose is kinked.

The selected spin speed was not reached during the final
spin due to excessive imbalance.
Check that the washing machine is standing level.

Start the spin cycle again.

The washing machine or the drain valve is leaking.
Turn off the tap.

