Gearbox Removal - SHERCO 125 Workshop Manual

ENGINE DISASSEMBLING
• Remove the central gasket.
Take care about the gearbox shafts's trust
shims. They may stick in the crankcase.
• Slightly hitting its end with a rubber mallet,
remove the crankshaft.
❱❘ Gearbox removal
• Once you have done the previous steps, you
may be able to remove the whole gearbox.
• Make sure the shift drum's snap ring
• Remove the secondary shaft's snap ring
• Remove the gear selector shaft's snap ring
• Pinching the pawls, remove the gear selector
shaft.
