DRAM Configuration:
To press< Enter > on DRAM Configuration will reveal the following items.
Timing Mode To select the DRAM timing mode.
x Memclock index
value (Mhz)
x CAS# Latency (Tcl) If timing mode is manual, select CAS latency time
x Min RAS# active time
x RAS# to CAS# delay
x Row Precharge Time
x Row to Row delay
User Config Mode To select the User Configuration mode.
x 1T/2T Memory
x Read Preamle Value If User Config mode is manual, select the Read
x Async Latency If User Config mode is manual, select the Async
MTRR mapping Mode To select the MTRR mapping mode.
Choices: Auto; Manual
If timing mode is manual, select memclock value
manually.
Choices: 100Mhz; 133Mhz; 166Mhz; 200Mhz
manually.
Choices: 2; 2.5; 3
If timing mode is manual, select Tras manually.
(Tras) Choices: Auto; 5T ~ 11T
If timing mode is manual, select Trcd manually.
(Trcd) Choices: Auto; 2T ~7T
If timing mode is manual, select Trp manually.
Trp) Choices: Auto; 2T ~7T
If timing mode is manual, select Trrd manually.
Trrd) Choice: Auto; 2T; 3T; 4T
Choice: Auto; Manual
If User Config mode is manual, select the DRAM
Timing time manually.
Choice: 1T; 2T
Preamble value.
Choices: 2.5ns ~6ns in 0.5 stepping.
Latency value manually.
