Defines which sequence to use for event distribution.

Defines the priority of distribution on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 is the highest priority. Alarm events with higher priority takes precedence and postpones
lower priority alarm events. Lower priority alarm events resume distribution once a higher priority alarm event is finalised.
