The Tunstall Smart Hub may have stopped working due to one of the following reasons:
1. It is not plugged into a working electrical socket ("Warning – there is no mains power"). 2. It is placed too close to other electrical devices, causing interference ("Warning – reduction in radio range detected"). 3. The battery is low and needs to be charged or the power source restored ("Warning – battery low"). 4. It cannot find cellular coverage ("Cellular data connection failure").
Check power connections, move it away from other electronic devices, and ensure cellular coverage is available. If issues persist, contact your supplier.
