Monitoring Channels / Channel Status

To monitor status and detail of all channels, follow these steps:
Click the Status & Diagnostics menu > Channel Status. The Channel Status screen

opens (Figure 18) and the color-coding indicates Non Active (on-hook), RTP Connection
(active connection), or Handset Off (off-hook) channels.

Click the numbered icon of the specific channel whose detailed status you need to

check/monitor; the channel-specific Channel Status screen opens, shown in Figure 19.
