Cabling Procedure
Connect the 10/100 Base-T RJ-45 Ethernet port directly to the

PC network port with a crossed Ethernet cable (when
changing the initial IP address).
After changing the IP address, connect to the IP network,

using a standard Ethernet cable (see
Connect the RJ-11 connectors on the rear panel of the 2FXS,

4FXS, and 8FXS to a fax machine, modem, or phones (see
Figure 9).
Connect RJ-11 connectors on the 4FXO and 8FXO rear panel

to telephone exchange analog lines or PBX extensions
(Figure 10).
