b. If you wish to add this item to a label batch that can be printed from
Dimensions, press L and ENTER. A message will appear stating that
the item has been added to the label batch. Press ENTER to return to
the purchase order screen.
c. If you wish to add a barcode for this item, press B. Enter the barcode
number and press ENTER. A message will appear stating that the
barcode has been added to the item. Press ENTER to return to the
Purchase Order Screen.
12. Enter the next catalog or item number you wish to order or press 0 (zero) to
exit the Purchase Order screen.

Changing an Existing Purchase Order Batch

1. To change the quantity ordered of an item already in a purchase order
batch, press 3 at the main menu for Enter Purchase Order.
2. Enter the batch number you wish to change and press ENTER.
3. A summary of the number of items in that batch will be displayed on the
screen. Press ENTER to continue.
4. Enter the item or catalog number of the item you wish to change and press
ENTER.
5. The same screen used in adding an item to a purchase order will be
displayed. It will show the current quantity to order. Type a new quantity to
order or type 0 to cancel the order for that item. Press ENTER.

6. Enter another item or catalog number to modify or add, or press 0 (zero) to
return to the main menu.
