Introduction

Inventory inquiry is used to examine existing inventory to determine information
such as prices, cost, on hand quantities, and on order quantities. Inventory can
also be added to the label batch. This batch can be used to print labels from any
terminal or server.

Inventory Inquiry

1. From the main menu on the mobile device, press 1 for Inventory Inquiry.
2. The following screen will appear:

3. Scan a barcode or key in either an item or catalog number.

A screen similar to the following will be displayed. The exact fields
displayed depend on the settings associated with the current password.

Scan:
Up to five screens of information are available for each item. The number on the
last line surrounded by the < > characters indicates the current page number. The
actual number of screens that may be viewed by a particular user depends on the
user level assigned to that user within Dimensions.
Anyone with a User Level of 3 or less may view the first 2 screens.
Anyone with a User Level of 4 through 6 may view the first 4 screens.
Anyone with a User Level of 7 may view all of the screens.
