Introduction

The Mobile Inventory Manager allows you to add inventory counts directly into a
batch on Dimensions, eliminating the need for manual count forms or third party
integration.

Refer to section 4.5 of the Epicor Dimensions User Guide for a full
explanation of the Inventory Count process.

Inventory Counts

1. On a Dimensions port, prepare the inventory for a count. See Dimensions
User Guide, section 4.5.3 for details. Note: This step cannot be done on
the mobile device.
2. On the mobile device, from the main menu press 2 for Inventory Counts.
3. The following screen will appear, prompting for a batch number:

Batch#:IC
IC is automatically entered as the prefix for all inventory count batches.
4. On the mobile device, enter the inventory count batch identification
(usually IC+date+operator's initials). Press ENTER.
5. A summary of the batch details will be displayed, similar to the one shown
below.
6. Press ENTER to continue. The following screen will appear on the
handheld unit.
