Servicing the Air Filter

Service Interval: Every 25 hours
1. 1. Unclip the top of the air-filter cover. Figure 23.
2. Remove the air-filter cover. Figure 23.
3. Remove the air-filter element.
4. Wash the air-filter element in soapy water.
Important: Do not use petrol to clean the air-filter element.
5. Air dry the air-filter element.
6. Add a few drops of engine oil on the air-filter element and squeeze it tightly to remove any excess oil.
7. Install the air-filter element and air-filter cover.
