2. Attach the upper handle to the lower handle using 2 handle knobs, 2 curved washers, and 2 bolts.
Tighten the handle knobs securely by hand. Figure 4.
3. Insert the cables into the cable clamp and attach the cable clip to the handle as shown in. Figure 5.
