9.5.3 Lid cannot be Opened/Closed
When first trying to open the lid the lock is not released. Press the Lid-key to
activate the motorized lid lock again (refer to chapter 9.6 " Error codes" , ERROR
79). Call Service.
9.5.4

Emergency Lid Release

In the event of a power supply failure it is possible to manually open the lid.
Unplug the mains plug.
Remove the stopper in the upper front part of the right hand side panel with e.g.
a screw driver.
Pull the red cord first to release the mechanics and activate the emergency lid
release by pulling the white cord thereafter. The lid opens. Confirm the error
message by power on/off. Approx. 10 seconds later the lid can again be closed.
Attention!
•
The lid may only be unlocked and opened when the rotor is at
standstill.
•
After an emergency release the lid lock needs double the time to
close once only.
