Replaying Recordings
Call Start Range
This is the only filter that must be applied. All searches must be bounded by a
date/time range.
1.
This refers to the timestamp of the start of the recording
2.
By default this is set to the whole of the current day.
3.
The more precise you can be with this date range, the faster your searches
will be.
4.
Type the date or click on the calendar icon to pick a date from a calendar.
Parties
This field lists the parties connected to the call during this recording. These can
be internal extension numbers or external dialled numbers or inbound caller
identification (ANI or CLI)
1.
This is the most useful filter setting after "Call Start Range".
2.
The order in which parties are listed depends on the setup of the recorder as
well as the direction of the call. As a result "Incl." (includes) is by far the
most useful option.
Agent
This field shows the Agent login ID of the agent who was logged in to the
position being recorded.
Length
This field lets you select recordings by their duration.
1.
Greater than (>) and less than (<) filters are most useful
2.
Enter the duration as seconds or minutes and seconds (e.g. 80 and 1:20 are
the same).
DNIS
This field shows the number (if any) passed in from the public network and used
to route the call
It is only present on inbound calls
