Data Records

The list of data records containing resource usage statistics per access interface
(for queues applied through service packages) appears after the table of contents.
Each record is preceded by a record header indicating the length of the record and
the number of queues for which data has been collected.
Following the record header is the collection of accounting data organized by
service package and queue. The queue header identifies the particular service
package and queue, as well as the number of snapshots included. Each snapshot
includes a timestamp, a bitmask indicating which statistics were collected, and
32-bit fields for all requested statistics.

for each snapshot. In reality, however, only the requested fields are included,
identified by the preceding bitmask and listed in the order shown. The bitmask is a
4-byte field, which can accommodate up to 32 different statistics.
