Problem
USB storage device is
not detected.
Mosaic Control app
cannot connect to the
unit.

Cause
The format of the storage
device is incorrect.
The reading time is slow.
USB device was removed
while the music was playing.
The unit and the Mosaic
Control app are not connected
on the same network.
The IP address of the unit is
not valid.
The Mosaic Control app
connection timed out.
Mosaic Control app is out of
date.
Solution
Connect a USB storage device that is
formatted as FAT16, FAT 32, or unencrypted
NTFS.
High-capacity drives can take long time to
read and process. Use a USB storage device
that has a smaller capacity.
Restart the unit. Stop playback or change the
input before disconnecting the drive.
Connect them on the same network.
Correct the IP address.
Restart the app.
Update the app.
