Using the Bartók DAC

Navigating the menus

To navigate menus and lists on the unit, press the buttons on the front of the unit.

◄ Filter
Power
You can also use the rotary control to move to the previous or next page.
In most menu screens, the menu closes after 7 seconds of inactivity.

Changing the input

To change the input, press the Input button.
Each time that you press the Input button, it advances through the list of available inputs. If an
input is not connected or active, it is not included in the list.
The following inputs are available:
1. NETWORK
2. AES1
3. AES2
4. AES1+2
5. SPDIF1 (RCA)
6. SPDIF2 (BNC)
7. SPDIF3 (Toslink)
8. USB1
If the Dual AES setting is disabled, AES1+2 is not shown in the list of inputs.

Changing the volume

To change the volume, turn the rotary control on the front of the unit.
The volume changes in the following steps:
Between 0 dB and -50 dB: 0.5 dB steps.
Between -50 dB and -80 dB: 1 dB steps.
The sound mutes below -80 dB.

Action
Open a menu or select an item.
Move to the next item.
Move to the previous item.
Close the menu.
