Method of Transmission
We undertake, in response to a reasoned request by national authorities, to supply relevant information
on the partly completed machinery, in electronic form, to the market surveillance authorities within a
reasonable period. Provision of this information shall be without prejudice to the intellectual property
rights of Omron Robotics and Safety Technologies, Inc.
Statement of Service for Partly Completed Machinery
Partly completed machinery described in section 3 above must not be put into service until the final
machinery, into which it is to be incorporated, has been declared in conformity with the provisions of the
EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, where appropriate.
