Default Device Settings

When new cameras are discovered, default
• Cameras: capture image or motion event
• Use the Event Scheduling screen to modify these default actions and create macros for other device types as desired.

Device Grouping

Devices can be assigned to groups, which allows for easier macro execution as well as device control via the Device Overview page. To create a device group:
1. Click on the Create New Group button on the Discovery screen.
The Create New Group screen will open with all of the existing devices (listed on the left of the screen).
2. To add a device to the group, select the device from the list on the left and click the ADD> button. The column on the right shows devices that belong to
this group.
3. To remove a device from the group, select the device from the list on the right and click on the <REMOVE button.
