"x" is displayed for the remaining ink level after refilling ink.
Probable Cause
Is ink of a wrong color refilled?
The remaining volume indication of the ink tank does not reflect the actual status

Check if the remaining ink level
correction was skipped or an
incorrect value was entered for
the correction.
Ink is leaking from the lower right side of the printer

Is the degassing module not out
of order?
Water supply error
Probable Cause
Is a humidifier water supply error
displayed?
Is a water supply shortage error
or a water supply failure error
displayed?
Remedy
Refill the right ink. If ink colors are mixed in the
ink tank as the result of refilling ink of a wrong
color, contact your dealer.
Remedy
Perform the remaining ink level correction
again.

For help, please contact your dealer.
Remedy
If a water supply error occurs, the humidifier will
stop working. Perform [Humidification start] from
the menu.
Start humidification from the menu after
confirming the following two points. If the
problem persists, contact your dealer.
①Make sure the water tank is filled with water.
②Make sure that the main faucet of the water
supply section (pure water equipment and
tank) is open.
If you are using a tap water supply, make sure
that the main tap and water supply pressure are
sufficient.
If you are using a water tank, make sure the
water tank is filled with water.
Ascertain the water supply tube is not broken or
crushed.
Check if the installation height of the water
supply tank is appropriate.
