This step sets specific oxygen valve positions and oxygen flows to verify the
correct oxygen valve control and the accuracy of oxygen and exhalation flow
sensor readings.
Diagnostic codes 3102, 3104, and 3126 indicate that oxygen flow rates are
out of range. Diagnostic codes 3146, 3147, and 3148 indicate that the
oxygen valve stepper motor positions are out of range.
