Rotation Hydraulic Motor
The turntable rotation hydraulic motor is the only
serviceable component of the turntable rotation
assembly. The worm gear may not be removed
from the housing. In order to remove the housing,
the entire turntable assembly has to be removed.
How to Remove the Turntable
Rotation Motor
Note: Do not allow the turntable to rotate until the
hydraulic motor is installed.
1 Tag, disconnect and plug the hydraulic hoses
from the turntable rotation motor. Cap the
fittings on the motor.
Bodily injury hazard. Spraying
hydraulic oil can penetrate and
burn skin. Loosen hydraulic
connections very slowly to allow
the oil pressure to dissipate
gradually. Do not allow oil to squirt
or spray.
2 Remove the turntable rotation motor mounting
fasteners. Remove the motor from the worm
gear housing.
