3.4.2 Cold Start

User can start-up the UPS using the battery when main input power is not available.

If the UPS is with an external battery configuration, it is imperative that the batteries are
connected.

On the rear of UPS, push button and hold down the button that indicates "Batt. Start" for a
minimum of 10 seconds.

For turn off the working power, switch OFF both AC Power and Batt. Power switches in
the rear of UPS.
→Command→Operation→ColdStart Precharge Ready on LCD display.
→Command→Operation→Shutdown on LCD display.
