2.13.2 will assume increasingly accurate and "constricted" values. It is important to
realize that even if the band covers the zero line at a given time, cesium might still
be present. To get more specific answer you should continue measurement. The
band, in this instant, will get narrower around zero, or, perhaps, around some
relatively small real value of specific activity. But, if you still want to continue
measurement in order to get more specific result, you should realize that these more
specific values are almost always smaller, than the upper band edge at the moment.
In other words, the value of the specified result will most probably fall within the
upper and the lower edges of the already obtained band. Figure 2.23 illustrates
