the network.

The ISU is getting its second TEI from the network.

BONDING Mode 1 rate adaption has entered data mode at the bit rate
specified by <xxxx>.
BONDING Quitting
BONDING Mode 1 rate adaption protocol is turning off.
BONDING Ready
BONDING Mode 1 rate adaption protocol has completed negotiation
and is entering data mode.
