1.21 Apply 5/8" wide P.S.A. Velcro to the bottom edge
of Arm Restrictors. See Fig. 1.21.

1.22 Install the arm restrictors using 1/4-20 hardware,
making sure the locating pin is on the front hole as
shown in Figure 1.22.

1/4-20 Flange Lock Nut

1.23 Install (13) pieces of Velcro as shown in Figure
1.23.
