PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION

PROGRAMMING
Control Buttons (refer to Figure 4):
With the cover closed, you can access the SCENE PROGRAMMING/RECALL,
MAX, and OFF buttons. With the cover open, you can access the LCD Display,
the Wizard/Menus, Select/Next, Cancel/Previous, Page Zones, Dim Scene,
Dim/Bright, Zone Info, and Function/Shortcut buttons.

Function/Shortcut: Used to navigate through programming sequences and as

The SCENE, MAX, and OFF buttons will act on a particular group. In

application this will not make a difference. However, in Advanced
applications (such as when using different configurations), you must ensure that
programming of the scene bank is the same as the zone group used for the
active configuration.

Selects a new scene, and signals a preprogrammed
set of lighting levels to fade in while the previously
selected scene fades out. Named scenes will appear in
the display (LCD) when the button is pressed (i.e.,
Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner).
Turns all Loads to maximum BRIGHT.
Turns all Loads OFF (opens the air-gap relay).
Toggles between Main Screen on LCD and several
programming screens (refer to Programming section).
Advances programming steps.
Cancels out of Wizard or moves to previously selected
screen.
Toggles between local zones on current panel to remote
zones on a remote panel.
One touch control for dimming of set scene.
Allows for manual control of setting percentage of light
level for selected zone.
Displays active Panel, Zone, Group, and Light Level
information.
Controls and displays Loads that are not directly wired to
the D3208 being accessed.
a shortcut to access Scene Banks.
