List of ROOMS
Rooms can be fi ltered by Workspace and Wards in the upper right corner. By clicking on the specifi c room from the list,
detailed information regarding parking places appears. The list of rooms can be arranged (top or bottom) by clicking on
following:
ID: room number

ROOM: room name

BEDS: it represents number of monitored beds present in each room

STATUS: green dots indicate the bed is ONLINE

: red dots indicate the bed is OFFLINE
: grey dot indicates there is no bed at the parking place
WORKSPACE: it shows a specifi c workspace a room belongs to

WARD: it shows a specifi c ward a room belongs to


11.4.5 BEDS

BEDS section of the main menu consists of two subsections.

BEDS
The BEDS section is used to visualize all beds created and detailed information about each BED including ID, name of
the bed, serial number of the bed, workspace, ward and room it belongs to and a TAG that the BED is connected with.
New BEDS can be added and existing BEDS can be fi ltered as desired using several fi lters. However, new BEDS are
created under Rooms section, by creating a new parking space and fi lling in information regarding a new bed.
To create a new parking space
1. In the main menu, click on ROOMS (beds are created under each ROOM).
2. Select a ROOM in which the BED should be created.
3. Click on the red plus button to add a new parking place.
4. Fill in the information required:
• Name: name a parking space (e.g: by the window / by the door) and add last four digits of TAG's serial number
(e.g: by the door – 0517)
• Tag: fi ll in last four numbers of the TAG's serial number for automatic localisation
• Bed: number of the bed (integration module) will automatically appear when parked at the position.
