Check
Turn off the power and wait for 10 minutes. Turn on the power. If Peak or
Noise level is high as shown in the symptom figures, the life of the lamp is
the cause. If it is low, it can be used. Substitute the liquid for the inside of
Cell, check the baseline.
Is the Peak abnormal?
Is the Noise level
abnormal?
*Guaranteed life of lamp: D
lamp: 1,000 hours
2
W lamp: 1,000 hours
Check the inside of the Cell visually.
Is the Cell dirty?
Check the inside of the Cell visually for bubbles.
Are there any bubbles?
Check leak from Pump visually. Is it leaking?
Note: Life of Pump seal is 4 months.
Check leak from all the pushing screws visually.
Are they leaking?
Check leak from Cell visually.
Is it leaking?
Is there abnormal high pressure or abnormal fluctuation?
Is the tube a specified one?
Is substitution of solvent for the inside of the Flow path system enough?
Remove the Column. Connect the Pump and Detector to check
the baseline. Is the drift large?
