4.1.2 Preparing the System for Operation

(1) Fig. 4-1 shows how to connect the units for performance
check. According to this figure, carry out tubing.
Before energizing the system, ensure that the tubing
between the autosampler and pump/detector is properly
connected.

(2) Connect the e-Line cable among the autosampler, detector
and pump.
(3) Check if the drain tube is properly connected to the waste
solution bottle. The waste solution bottle must be at a
lower position than the autosampler.
