1. Insert a USB storage device containing the appropriate files to be restored.
2. From the Restore menu, select the items to be restored up.
3. Select the USB storage device that contains the appropriate files to be
restored. If the inserted device is not listed, select RESCAN to have the
system look for available USB devices.
4. Select OK to begin the process.
Note: Depending on what was restored, some system settings require a full reboot
of the system for normal operations.

Create Log File

On occasion, it may be necessary to supply 360 Systems' support team with
information regarding an issue with the system.
 Select the CREATE LOG FILE button to generate the logs.
 The logs will take a minute to generate and the resulting file (log.tgz) will be
placed in the root of the "internal" directory.
 Using FTP or file sharing over the network, retrieve the log.tgz file and email
to
support@360systems.com

System Info

The SYSTEM INFO button displays information regarding the version of software on
the system as well as addition information about the system.
This information along with the serial number of the unit should be supplied to 360
Systems' support should information about the product be required.

Clear Banks

Clearing the Hot Keys from all of the system Banks is accomplished using the CLEAR
BANKS button. This is different from the CLEAR BANK button in the Bank Manager
screen which only clears the currently selected bank.
The CLEAR BANKS button in the Utility Menu clears all Banks.
WARNING: This is not reversible. Make sure Hot Keys are backed up prior to
initiating.

Default Settings

WARNING: This process will restore all system settings & Hot Key assignments to
factory default. Please make sure to backup the system first.
Selecting System Reset will reset system settings & Hot Key assignments to factory
defaults. Content on the system will remain.
A prompt of OK or Cancel will be provided.
