Safety and Warnings
Use only the power supply module that was supplied with the unit.
• Plug the power supply module's power cable into a properly grounded electrical outlet.
The cable is equipped with a three-prong plug to help ensure proper grounding. Do not use
adapter plugs or remove the grounding prong from the cable. If you must use an extension
cable or power strip use a 3-wire cable with properly grounded plugs.
• Use of the incorrect power supply module can damage the unit and will void the warranty.
There are no user serviceable parts. Refer service to 360 Systems or one of its
authorized agents, or a trained electronics technician.
WARNING: To prevent the spread of fire, keep candles or other open flames away
from this product at all times.
SAFETY:
When operating your equipment:
• Place the equipment on a hard, level surface.
• Ensure proper ventilation. Do not place your equipment in a closed-in wall unit or other
enclosure, or on a soft, fabric surface such as a bed, sofa, carpet, or a rug. Do not leave
the unit powered on while covered. Do not restrict airflow into the unit by blocking any
vents or air intakes.
• Do not use your equipment in a wet environment, for example, near a bath tub, sink, or
swimming pool or in a wet basement.
• Do not use AC powered equipment during an electrical storm.
• Use only approved power cable(s). If you have not been provided with a power cable for
the equipment or for any AC-powered option intended for the equipment, purchase a
power cable that is approved for use in your country. The power cable must be rated for
the equipment and for the voltage and current marked on the equipment's electrical
ratings label. The voltage and current rating of the cable should be greater than the
ratings marked on the equipment.
• To help prevent electric shock, plug the equipment and peripheral power cables into
properly grounded electrical outlets. These cables are equipped with three-prong plugs to
help ensure proper grounding. Do not use adapter plugs or remove the grounding prong
from a cable. If you must use an extension cable, use a 3-wire cable with properly
grounded plugs.
• Observe extension cable and power strip ratings. Ensure that the total ampere rating of all
equipment plugged into the extension cable or power strip does not exceed 80 percent of
the ampere ratings limit for the extension cable or power strip.
• When turning off the Instant Replay, do not unplug the AC power cable or the rear panel
power input connector before performing a shutdown using the front panel power switch
or the User Interface controls. Doing so risks loss of recorded data and setup information.
CAUTION: The AC ground connection must always be made first and
disconnected last to prevent an energy hazard. Never defeat the ground conductor or
