either enter the time for each directly into the appropriate field or use the
position slider.
When using the position slider, the Position field will indicate the current location
within the clip. Once the desired position is reached, pressing MARK IN will set
the Head value or pressing MARK OUT will set the Tail value.
To set the Fade In or Fade Out amount of time, simply enter the appropriate
value into the fields.
When all changes are made, press the SAVE button to save the settings for the
clip.
Note: All editing on this screen is nondestructive to the clip. Information is
written into the metadata of the clip.

Assigning a Clip to a Hot Key

As discussed in the playout section, there are two ways to assign a clip to a Hot Key.
 Using the Home screen
Load a clip using the SELECT CLIP button as was described previously.
Press the Assign Hot Key button and then press the Hot Key you wish
to assign the clip to.
Continue this process until all desired Hot Keys are assigned.
Press the Assign Hot Key button to turn off the function.
 Using the Bank Manager Screen
Select the Bank Number you wish to edit the key assignments.
Tap or select a Key number line then press the ASSIGN button.
In the Clip / Playlist Selector, select the clip you wish to assign to the
key and press Enter or OK.

Using Hot-Key Banks

The Instant Replay has 50 Banks of 50 Hot Keys allowing for the assignment of
2500 Hot Keys.
To select a Bank, press the Bank Sel button and press one of the 50 Hot Keys each
of which corresponds to one of the 50 banks.
As previously described in the Assigning a Clip to a Hot Key section, clips or playlists
can then be assigned to is equivalent to flipping a page, and presents a different set
of Hot-Key Assignments. Note that the 50 Banks all have access to all the clips
recorded in Instant Replay. Banks are a convenient way to organize Instant Replay's
audio collection. A total of 2500 clips can be assigned to Hot-Keys if all 50 keys in
each of the 50 banks are assigned to a different clip.
