INSTALLATION

Strict observance of the power supply values shown in the electrical rating plate is
required.
The electrical panel must be installed on a dry surface, in an atmosphere that is free from oxidizing or
corrosive gases, and where no vibrations occur. If installed outdoors, the units must be fully protected
from direct sunlight. Suitable measures must be taken to ensure that the ambient temperature is kept
within the operating limits specified below. Moreover, the installation personnel must make sure that the
cable glands are perfectly sealed.

Operation.

The type of motor starter is with a reactance in series with the motor that reduced the voltage.
A system with two contactor should be launched the motor with voltage of 70% of rated voltage
for three seconds max,longer than three seconds the motor is fed from the rated network.
The reactance starter motor is sized to have a number max of 10 goodwill engine
starts per hour for engine exceeding 30 kW and 30 googwill per hour for engine from 22 kW and below.
Protection of the motor reactance against overheating due to the excessive goodwill.
Motor Protection against phase failure and overload and manual reset.
The electric panel is arranged to control the electric pump manually with the selector SA1 in MAN until
there is a command. Beware because the pressure switch connected to terminals 5 -6 must be closed.
With the selector SA1 in AUT automatic, the command is given by the electric pressure switch P.S.1,
Floating or by consensus of the electric probes and depending by the selected control
with miniswitch SW1, SW2, SW3 of the module KL1.
KL1
Electronic module for the control of the water level through the water conductivity and
the electric probes. The module is standard to check the control against dry running, decided by
the electric probe S.MIN. The operation chosen is empty.
The module provides the functioning for the control levels in filling with two electric probes and against
dry running with one electric probe and the control via external switch.
The intervention against dry running excludes the functioning of the electric pump and is signaled by HL2
the electric pump remains excluded until the electric probe is not covered by water and after it
past the time set in T.
Electric probes characteristics: resistance max of the water 80 k-ohm (> 60 k-ohm the module sees lack
water), power supplay 24 V a.c. Current max probe 1 mA a.c..
Pressurizing system (see cap. 7.1): control and protection against dry running of pressurizing system
