Rif.
Orange indicator light (LED): it signals the correct operation of the auxiliary circuits
LL1
Red indicator light (LED): it comes on to signal the triggering of the dry running
LL2
protection
This protection is controlled by the electric sensors or by the COS-FI module (optional).
LL3
Red indicator light (LED): the first three cut-ins are signalled by a blinking light,
while upon the fourth occurrence a steady light signals the triggering of the motor's
amperometric and/or phase failure protection.
LL4
Green indicator light (LED): it comes on to signal that the pump is running.
SA1
Commutatore per il funzionamento dell'elettropompa in: MANUALE - 0 - AUTOMATICO.

AMP1
Adjustment of amperometric motor protection (SET THE RATED MOTOR CURRENT ON THE AMPERE
SCALE AND MAKE SURE
When the protection is triggered, the power to the motor is cut off; this condition is signalled by the LL3 LED and
by the remote control contact.
FU1
Fuses for protection of the power supply line to the motors against short circuits type: see
When triggered, the power supply to the corresponding motor is cut off.
chapter 5.2.
FU2
Fuses for protection of the transformer against short circuits in the primary circuit, type 5x20, 0,2 A aM.
Their triggering inhibits all the panel functions, the LL1 signal is cut off and any
existing remote controls are activated.
COMMON
Terminal for connection of the common electric sensor, to be used on tanks and pipes made of insulating material
SENSOR
(for tanks and deep wells connected to the grounding system the electric sensor is NOT necessary).
1 - 3
Power supply characteristics: 24 V a.c. current 0.001 A .
S1 MIN.
Terminal for connection of the electric sensor positioned at the upper end of tanks and deep wells.
SENSOR
Power supply characteristics: 24 V a.c. current 0.001 A max resistance 70-:-80 k-ohm.
2
FL.MIN.
Terminals for connection of the electric pump's STOP float at minimum level.
1 – 2
Power supply characteristics: 24 V a.c. current 0.001 A. (Use low potential signal control floats).
S2 MAX
Terminal for connection of the electric sensor positioned at the lower end of tanks and deep wells.
SENSOR
Power supply characteristics: 24 V a.c. current 0.001 A max resistance 70-:-80 k-ohm.
4
FL.MAX.
Terminals for connection of the electric pump's START float at maximum level.
3 - 4
Power supply characteristics: 24 V a.c. current 0.001 A. (Use low potential signal control floats).
P.S.
Terminals for connection of the P.S.1 pressure switch or a remote electric pump control.
5 - 6
Input characteristics: 12 V a.c. 0.005 A .
The controls do not require connection to
(CEIEN 60204-1).
ENGLISH
Function (see references on wiring diagrams)
= the electric pump is controlled manually by the operator as long as the
command is active.
= the electric pump is excluded from any operating command.
0
= the electric pump is controlled directly by the pressure switch PS1 or S1,S2
or FL1 FL2..
