WARNING
The system (panels, external controller, motor pump, stand) must be grounded
accordance with current regulations.
CAUTION
Make sure the power is off before working on the photovoltaic system. All work with
electricity must be done by a qualified and trained electrician according to NR10 (Safety in
electrical installations and services), respecting local and international safety standards.
Failure to comply with this warning exempts Ebara from any liability for any damages that may occur in to the
equipment, the customer's health or the environment.

5.2.1 Installation of water level sensors

I. The well level sensor (dry well sensor) for the equipment in operation uses normally closed logic. If the
water level in the well is low, the level sensor will switch to normally open and the motor will automatically
stop working, thus protecting the equipment.
The controller terminals WEL and GND (model 3BPS ce) or K1 and GND (models 3BPS2 and 3BPS3 ce) are
used to connect the well level sensor. To connect the well level sensor to the respective terminals, remove
the jumper connector first and make the connection. If the well level sensor is not used, keep the jumper
connector between the respective terminals, otherwise the motor pump will not work.
When the water level in the well returns to normal, the motor pump will start operating after 15 minutes
(model 3BPS ce). For 3BPS2 and 3BPS3 ce model controllers, the motor pump will start operating
again after 5 minutes.
II. The logic for the tank level sensor is normally open for the motor pump in operation. When the tank is full,
the level sensor will switch to normally closed and the motor will stop operating automatically, thus protecting
the equipment.
The controller terminals TH and GND (model 3BPS ce) or K2 and GND (models 3BPS2 and 3BPS3 ce) are
used to connect the tank level sensor.
When the water level in the tank returns to normal, the motor pump will start operating again after 15
minutes (model 3BPS ce). For 3BPS2 and 3BPS3 ce model controllers, the motor pump will start
operating again after 5 minutes.
