Confirmation of JOG LCD backlight
The JOG LCD backlight does not light on.

The JOG LCD backlight does not light on.
Confirmation of the Touch panel
Touch panel does not react.
Touch position of the Touch panel shifts.

Check the voltage at Pin 2 of CN4503 and
at Pin 26 of CN4515 in the UCOM Assy,
referring to "10.69 VOLTAGES".
Is the voltage normal?
Yes
Replace JOG LCD module and JLCD1/2 Assy.
Is it operating normally except Is it operating normally except
the LCD? (Light on/off LED, the LCD? (Light on/off LED,
recognize USB or not etc...) recognize USB or not etc...)
Yes
Check the power supply of the JOG LCD module.
Check the voltage at Pin 9 of CN4503 and at
Pin 22 of CN4515 in the UCOM Assy,
referring to "10.69 VOLTAGES".
Yes
Is the voltage at each block normal?
Yes
Replace JLCD1/2 Assy.
If not improve, replace the JOG LCD module.
Confirm Touch panel in Test mode.
When it can not be performed normally or
check in Test mode in case of NG, make the
following confirmation.
When operating the Touch panel, check
whether the waveform of Pins 1 to 4 of
CN3604 in LCDB Assy.
Does the waveform change?
Yes
Check the communication route of TPNL_XINT,
TPNL_SCL/SDA (IC3606 d IC701).
Refer to "10. 70 WAVEFORMS" 2.
Will the waveform be output
when operating the touch panel?
No
Replace LCDB Assy.
If not improve, replace the MAIN Assy.

Check the connection with MAIN Assy and
