The baud rate of the UART is changed to the specified parameter value.
[0 - 0x0A] respectively for 75, 150, 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400,
57600 bauds

RC_AccRequest
Selects whether high-level frame acknowledgment is or is not required (only for
ACC, NAC type; this does not affect other responses.)
This parameter is only applied to the AccRequest bit in BFR frames.

RC_lowlevel_ACK_time-out
The time-out determines the wait time for a low-level acknowledgment (ACK/NAK
character) before reattempting the transmission.
[10 - 500] ms; see Appendix C to determine the value. The default value is 100 ms.
