Chapter 13
Purpose
Enables/disables break interrupt separately for the parallel and
serial communication channels.
Returns the ASCII character whose number is given in the
brackets.
Runs the printer's feed mechanism, for the distance specifi ed
in dots to allow cleaning.
Completely clears the print image buffer, if no starting fi eld is
specifi ed. If a fi eld is specifi ed, the print image buffer is cleared
from the fi eld to the end of the label.
Copies fi les.
Creates a counter. Alpha counters range from A to Z, but
numeric counters have no practical limit.
Activating an optional media cutting device.
Enabling/disabling automatic cutting after PRINTFEED
execution and optionally adjusting media feed before and after
the cutting.
Sets or returns the current date, optionally in the format
specifi ed by the FORMAT DATE$ command.
Returns a new date after a number of days has been added to,
or subtracted from, the current date or optionally a specifi ed
date. The current date is not changed.
Specifi es the print direction.
Defi nes error messages and enables the error handler for
specifi ed error conditions.
Gets the current fi eld number for partial clearing of the print
buffer by a CLL command.
Receives and stores binary fi les in the printer's RAM memory.
Lists the fi les stored in one of the printer's directories to the
standard OUT channel. RAM: is the default if no other drive
is specifi ed.
Selects a double-byte character set font for the printing of
subsequent PRTXT commands, and optionally sets the font
size and slant.
