12.7 SMALL AMMOUNTS OF ICE-CREAM MIXTURE

To prepare small amounts of ice mass it is necessary to install a flue damper on
the agitator.
Mixing smaller quantities without flue dampers cause air suction in the mix.
When the mass occupies more than half of the vqasque volume, the flue
damper is not needed.
For small ammounts of ice-cream mixtures it used reduced heating and cooling.
When entering the stage of preparation or refrigeration, the reduction is always
off. If the key of curently selected mode is pressed once again for more than 3
seconds the reduction is swithched on or off. If the reduction is activated the led
of the active key is blinking. If the key is pressed again the reduction will be
disabled.
12.8 AUTOMATIC
PROGRAMS
Preparation mode of ice-cream or other masses controlled by programs:
Check that the appliance is in STOP mode;
Check that the outlet pipe is installed and properly closed;
Put the mass into the production basin and close the cover lid;
Press one of the keys (
display will show the program number P??). The appliance will produce
the wanted mass baseing on the presetted program parameters.

12.9 ICE CREAM MIXTURE - MASS MIXING

Ice cream mixture - mass mixing process:
By pressing CONTINUOUS MIXING
mass mixing and the machine start withc pre-set program 00 (speed 4);
By UP (increase) and DOWN (decrease) button you can change the
speed of the mixer.
Mixing is stopped by pressing STOP / RESET key.

13 CLEANING OF THE APPLIANCE

13.1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREVENTION OF INJURIES

Only authorized persons, who know how the machine is operated, must be
allowed to clean it. Operators must be familiar with all regulations concerning
occupational safety and fire safety measures, and they must know where fire
extinguishers are located.
Persons still in training must be constantly supervised by a designated person
in charge who knows how the machine works.
Operators, who clean the appliance must be dressed suitably (no ties, jewellers
chains or belts that could get caught in the machine) and be appropriately
protected.
